Order tracking provides real-time status updates such as:

Reliable shipping services (UPS, USPS, etc.) provide tracking and estimates.

- Continental US: 5-8 business days (may be sooner!)
- Alaska/Hawaii: 12-20 business days
- Canada/UK/Ireland/Australia/New Zealand: 12-20 business days

Delivery estimates begin once an order is shipped. There may be weather delays, customs clearance delays (for international orders), and delays caused by the shipping carrier.

What if I never got a tracking email?

First, check your spam and junk email folders. If you still don't see it, please email us at support@protoflow.net and include your order number—I will send it to you or check the status.

My tracking status is In Transit—how long until it gets here?

Orders shipped to the mainland US usually arrive 5-8 business days after shipping. For the most up-to-date tracking status, please visit the carrier's website.

Can I request a delivery address change once it ships?

As soon as possible, please email us at support@protoflow.net. If the order has shipped, we may be able to provide you with other instructions, such as a route or redirect.

What should I do if my package is stuck or missing?

It’s not commonplace, but if it occurs, please let us know as we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. You may be eligible for a replacement shipment or a refund depending on our policies.
